What happened

Kitzy Sound was unavailable because AWS Route 53 suspended the domain. The suspension occurred after I didn't verify the domain registrant email address within the required timeframe.

Root cause

AWS Route 53 requires domain owners to verify their email address within 15 days of registration or transfer. I missed the verification email and didn't complete this step, which triggered an automatic domain suspension.

Resolution

I verified the domain registrant email address through the AWS console. AWS reactivated the domain, and the site became accessible again.
